Step 1: Eligibility and Application

Step 2: Scheduling the Exam

Once you have purchased the exam voucher, you can schedule your exam. NASM exams are administered by PSI, a professional testing company, at their various testing centers across the country. You can find a testing center near you and schedule your exam date and time through the PSI website.

Step 3: Taking the Exam

On the day of your exam, ensure you arrive at the testing center early with a valid ID. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions, and you'll have two hours to complete it. Your results will be available immediately after you finish the exam.
